Who we are

What we collect

Contact form submissions — name, phone, email, postcode, job description. Stored in our email inbox to respond to your enquiry.
Analytics — only if you accept cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand which pages work.
Server logs — IP address and request info, retained briefly for security and debugging by our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure).

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, send a quote, carry out work if engaged, and to improve the site. We never sell your data.

Legal basis (UK GDPR)

Legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, contract performance), and consent (analytics cookies).

How long we keep it

Enquiry data: up to 2 years after last contact. Accepted job records: 7 years (HMRC). Analytics: 14 months (GA4 default).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or to stop processing. Email us to exercise any right. Complaints can go to the ICO.
